Comic-Con International San Diego 2010

in Leisure

Comic-Con International San Diego 2010 becomes the world's largest gathering of comic book fans and is being held in California from July 22nd to 25th. In addition to comic books, Hollywood, TV Networks and videogame makers also take part in this convention and have chances to enjoy costumed heroes and fantasy. As far as people concerned, everyone is favour of a costume party or so-called cosplay costume. According to Comic-con marketing director David Glanzer, this pop-culture convention has grown in recent years thanks to Hollywood's love affair with action heroes.

Also, Comic-Con 2010 also receives the participation of celebrity guests including mega stars Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Moreover, this event has helped introduced films such as Iron Man and Avatar to tremendous box office success. This year, the number of new films being revealed has approximately doubled. About 125,000 fans of comic books, movies, comic costumes, and video games are anticipated to attend the 4-day event. Let’s enjoy the collection of photos of this event at San Diego Convention Center as follows:
