The Country Music Association Awards or CMA Awards are voted on by business members of the Country Music Association. Beginning in 1969, the event is usually held in October or November each year. The show features performances of top country music stars as well as other new artists who perform snippets of their hit songs before going to a commercial. The 44th annual CMA Awards ceremony is taking place in Nashville, Tennessee with the attendance of many celebrities. Beside famous country music singers such as Taylor Swift, Sheryl Crow, Carrie Underwood, the appearance of the Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow attracted a lot of people. Gwyneth proved her singing talent through the song “Country Strong” which is also the title of her upcoming film.
